Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex (MVSC) was the proud host of the annual "Kickin' it with J.T. & Friends" event, presented by the Ken & Tina Lolla and the University of Louisville (UofL) Men's Soccer Program, hosted this past Saturday, July 18th, 2015! "Kickin' It With J.T. & Friends" is a free soccer clinic for youth and adult soccer players with special needs, and it is an event led by University of Louisville Men's Soccer Program Head Coach, Ken Lolla and his wife, Tina Lolla, named after their nephew, J.T., who is a special needs youth player. This marks the 5th year of this fantastic event, and the second consecutive year that Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex has been privileged to host such a special occasion in its continued efforts to partner with prominent soccer groups in the Louisville area, like Ken & Tina Lolla, to use soccer as a tool to promote physical, mental and social development! This annual event was a massive success, thanks to the Lolla Family, David Horne (UofL Men's Soccer Program Director of Operations) and the entire University of Louisville Men's Soccer Program, and one that MVSC feels very fortunate to be able to take part in and host, in an effort to further its community outreach and involvement, ultimately helping to share and help promote the beautiful game of soccer for all!
