Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable once registration is complete.
We understand that things may come up and plans change, however we must build our leagues based on the number of teams and players registered. Once payment is made, a spot is reserved for that paid player and other players are turned away from that spot.
In the event that a player is unable to fulfill their commitment to the league or program, no refund will be given. Games or practices that are missed because of a player’s team or opponent being forced to quarantine will also be nonrefundable.
Should Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club be required to shut down due to a National Pandemic, such as COVID-19, credits may be issued for future sessions, at the discretion of the Executive Director.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that MVSC is forced to cancel programming due to weather conditions, power outages, the safety of our families, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the following policies will be followed:
COMMUNICATION: MVSC will communicate through the following outlets - Website Homepage, Social Media, and Email
If programming is cancelled, MVSC will not be able to make up one missed cancellation. Should it cause us to cancel more than once, MVSC will use its best efforts to make-up at least one of those cancelled programs.
Should MVSC not be able to offer make-ups, we will then work with those affected to honor a future discount on programming.
