Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex has been extremely proactive concerning the measures taken to keep the health and safety of all of our participants and families our number one priority. You may have recently seen information posted on our website showcasing the considerations we have taken to assure that our facility would be considered in the ‘lower’ to ‘lowest’ risk for spread of COVID among our players, parents and spectators.

On November 18th, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear announced new restrictions to Indoor Recreation Facilities prohibiting team practices and team competitions citing rampant outbreaks among cheerleading teams and martial arts centers.

We are very disappointed that our 60,000 sq. ft. facility with highly rated air exchange is being grouped with small gymnasiums and being forced to cease programs starting Friday evening.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

All classes and games leading up to Friday at 6:00pm will continue to take place. Everything after this date will be temporarily postponed until December 13th.  This includes all practices, games, and field rentals. We will send more information soon concerning how we will handle future programming. We ask that you please be patient.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR US

We are committed to continually reviewing our health and safety protocols. In this brief time of shutdown we will have an opportunity for reflection.

With your trust and continued patronage, we are confident that at the end of all of this, we will come out better and brighter than ever.

Thank you for believing in us. Onward and upward.
